Whiskey Cocktails D-F

De Rigeur
1½ oz. whiskey
¾ oz. grapefruit juice
1 tsp. honey

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, grapefruit juice and honey.
Shake.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Dinah Cocktail
1½ oz. blended whiskey
1 oz. sour mix
½ tsp powdered sugar

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, sour mix and sugar.
Shake.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with mint leaf.

Down the Hatch
2 oz. whiskey
3 dashes blackberry brandy
2 dashes orange bitters

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, blackberry brandy and orange bitters.
Shake.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

Dubonnet Manhattan
1 oz. dubonnet
1 oz. whiskey

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add Dubonnet and whiskey.
Shake.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with cherry.

Everything But
1 oz. whiskey
1 oz. gin
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 egg
1 tsp apricot brandy
½ tsp powdered sugar

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into sour glass.
Add ice (if desired.)

Frisco Sour
1½ oz. blended whiskey
¾ oz. Benedictine
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add blended whiskey, Benedictine, lime juice and lemon juice.
Shake.
Strain into a sour glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
