1½ oz. light rum
1 tbsp. sweet vermouth
2 dashes curacao
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, vermouth and curacao.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Fern Gully
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. dark rum
½ oz. cream of coconut
1 oz. orange juice
2 tsp. lime juice
½ oz. crème de noyeaux (almond flavored
liqueur)
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a hurricane glass.
Add ice.
Fiji Fizz
1½ oz. dark rum
½ oz. bourbon
1 tsp. cherry brandy
3 dashes orange bitters
4 oz. cola
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, bourbon, cherry brandy and orange bitters.
Shake.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Add ice.
Fill with cola.
Garnish with a lime slice.
Flim Flam
1½ oz. light rum
¾ oz. triple sec
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. orange juice
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Fogcutter
½ oz. rum
½ oz. brandy
½ oz. gin
3 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. sour mix
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Fox Trot
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. lemon juice (or lime juice)
2 dashes curacao
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ginger Breeze
1½ oz. light rum
1 tsp. cherry brandy
4 oz. orange juice
1 oz. ginger ale
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, brandy and orange juice.
Shake.
Strain into a highball glass.
Add ice.
Top with ginger ale.
