½ oz. amaretto
1 mug of beer (1/2 full)
Pour amaretto into a shot glass.
Carefully pour Rum 151 on top of shot.
Light up drink.
Drop shot into beer mug.
Drink.

1½ oz. sherry
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, sherry and bitters.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
East India Cocktail
1½ oz. brandy
1 tsp. light rum
½ tsp. triple sec
½ tsp. pineapple juice
dash bitters
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add brandy, rum, triple sec, pineapple juice and bitters.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. curacao
1 oz. dry vermouth
dash grenadine
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.

½ oz. lime juice
1 tsp. grenadine
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.

1 oz. white crème de cacao
1 oz. light cream
2 tsp. Kahlua
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add ice.

1½ oz. light rum
1 tsp. triple sec
1 tsp. white crème de cacao
3 dashes anise flavored liqueur
1 tsp. sugar syrup
1 egg yolk
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass.
