California
Iced Tea
½ oz. light rum
½ oz. gin
½ oz. vodka
½ oz/ triple sec
½ oz. white tequila
½ oz. sour mix
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Add ice.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
Casablanca
2 oz. light rum
1½ oz. triple sec
1½ oz. lime juice
1½ tsp. cherry liqueur
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, triple sec, lime juice and cherry liqueur.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Cherry Bomb
½ oz. light rum
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. tequila
3 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
2 tsp. milk
1 drop grenadine
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into a Collins glass half filled with ice.
Garnish with a cherry.
Cherry Cola
2 oz. dark rum
½ oz. cherry brandy
2 oz. cola
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add rum, brandy and cola.
Stir.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Chi-Chi
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. blackberry brandy
5 oz. pineapple juice
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a spear of pineapple.
Chinese Cocktail
1½ oz. Jamaican rum
1 tbsp. grenadine
1 tbsp. maraschino liqueur
1 tbsp. triple sec
a dash Angostura bitters
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Chocolate Rum
1 oz. white rum
2 tsp. white crème de cacao
2 tsp. white crème de menthe
2 tsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. Rum 151 proof
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, crème de cacao, crème de
menthe and heavy cream.
Shake
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with 151 rum.
