1½ oz. Jamaican rum
1 oz. gin
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. sugar syrup
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1½ oz. light rum
¾ oz. cognac
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. sugar syrup
whipped cream
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, cognac, vanilla extract and syrup.
Shake.
Pour into a hurricane glass.
Top with whipped cream.
Lectric Lemonade
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. gin
½ oz. light rum
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. tequila
2-3 oz. sour mix
7-Up
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, vodka, gin, triple sec, tequila and sour
mix.
Shake.
Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with 7-Up.
Liberty Cocktail
¾ oz. light rum
1½ oz. apple brandy
¼ tsp. sugar syrup
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, brandy and syrup.
Stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Limbo
2 oz. light rum
½ oz. banana liqueur
1 oz. orange juice
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, liqueur and juice.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Little Devil
1 oz. gold rum
1 oz. gin
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. lemon juice
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1½ oz. light rum
1½ oz. sweet vermouth
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum and vermouth.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
