2¼ oz. dark rum
1 tsp. superfine granulated sugar
½ oz. lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters
7-Up
In a hurricane glass, dissolve the sugar
in the dark rum.
Add lemon juice and bitters.
Add 4-5 ice cubes.
Fill with 7-Up.
Stir.
Jamaica Ginger
2 oz. dark rum
¾ oz. grenadine
3 dashes curacao
3 dashes maraschino liqueur
dash Angostura bitters
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Jamaican
1 oz. Jamaican rum
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. lime juice
dash Angostura bitters
7-Up
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, Kahlua, lime juice and bitters
Shake.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with 7-Up.
Jamaican Wind
1½ oz. Myer’s dark rum
½ oz. Kahlua
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add rum, then Kahlua.
Stir.
Joburg
1½ oz. light rum
1½ oz. Dubonnet
3 dashes orange bitters
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, Dubonnet and bitters.
Stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Jolly Roger
1 oz. dark rum
1 oz. banana liqueur
2 oz. lemon juice
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, liqueur and lemon juice.
Shake.
Strain into a hurricane glass.
Add ice.
Judge Jr.
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. gin
¾ oz. lemon juice
dash grenadine
Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add gin, rum, lemon juice and grenadine.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
