Party Punch M-S

Mountain Red Punch
3 bottles chilled red wine
4 ½ oz. amaretto
4 ½ oz. brandy
4 ½ oz. cherry brandy
16 oz. ginger ale.

Pour red wine, amaretto, and brandies over a block of ice in a large punch bowl.
Place in refrigerator for one hour.
When ready to serve, pour in ginger ale.
Stir lightly.
Garnish with toasted almonds.

Pisco Punch
1 liter brandy
2 oz. lime juice
2 oz. lime juice
pineapple cubes
cold water

Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl.
Stir well.
Add water and a block of ice.

Polynesian Punch
12 oz. light rum
12 oz. dark rum
6 oz. cream of coconut
8 oz. sloe gin
4 oz. peppermint schnapps
½ oz. grenadine
5 pts. pineapple juice
8 oz. lemon juice
8 oz. chilled club soda

Pour all ingredients except club soda over a block of ice into a large punch bowl.
Stir
Garnish with thin slices of fresh pineapple and orange.
Refrigerate for one hour.
When ready to serve, add club soda and stir gently.

Rouffy Party Punch Cooler
1 liter vodka
1 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate (defrosted)
1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (defrosted)
1 cup water
7-Up

Combine vodka, water and juice concentrates in large punch bowl.
Stir well.
Place in feezer until frozen
When ready to serve, use an ice cream scooper to shave off some of the frozen concoction into highball glasses.
Fill mixing glass with ice. with 7-Up.

Sangria
1 bottle dry red wine
1 oz. brandy (optional)
1 oz. triple sec or curacao
1 tbsp. sugar (or to taste)
club soda (very cold)
orange slices
lime slices
lemon slices
several pineapple chunks

Combine red wine, brandy, triple sec, sugar and fruit in a large punch bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, add club soda and more sugar (if needed.)
Stir.

Sangria Especiale
2 bottles red wine
1 bottle champagne
4 oz. gin
4 oz. cognac
1 tbsn sugar (or to taste)
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 2 lemons

Add all ingredients into a large punch bowl.
Stir.
Add block of ice.
Garnish with slices of oranges and lemons.

Sharky Punch
1 bottle (750ml) apple brandy
8 oz. rye whiskey
2 oz. sugar syrup
club soda

Combine ingredients into a large punch bowl.
Refrigerate one hour.
When ready to serve,add club soda.
Stir gently.
Add block of ice.
