Irish Whiskey Cocktails K-W

Kerry Cooler
2 oz. Irish whiskey
1½ oz. sherry
1 oz. orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
1½ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. club soda

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, sherry, orgeat syrup and lemon juice.
Shake
Strain into a highball glass.
Add ice.
Top off with club soda.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Leprechaun
2 oz. Irish whiskey
tonic water

Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add Irish whiskey
Fill mixing glass with ice. with tonic water.
Stir.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Nutty Irishman
½ oz. Irish whiskey
½ oz. Frangelico
2 oz. cream

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, Frangelico and cream.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Paddy Cocktail
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Tipperary
1 oz. Irish whiskey
1 oz. green Chartreuse (a French liqueur)
1 oz. sweet vermouth

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add whiskey, Chartreuse and sweet vermouth.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Wild Irish Rose
1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
1 ½ tsp. greandine
½ oz. lime juice
club soda

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add whiskey, grenadine and lime juice.
Stir well.
Fill with club soda.
