Frozen Cocktails

These cool concoctions are easy, convenient and refreshing and require little more than a blender, ice, fruit and liquor. The recipes often give an amount of ice to add (approx. 3-4 oz.) but you can add as much or as little ice as you need to achieve the desired consistency.

Many of these recipes require cream of coconut and pineapple juice but, for convenience, you can use pina colada mix and still enjoy them just as much.

These types of drinks are often served in parfait glasses but any tall drink glass will do, ie: a hurricane glass, a Collins glass or a highball glass.

Remember: there are no hard rules written in stone when it comes to making your drink. Making cocktails is a matter of personal taste and often different bars, restaurants and regions have different variations of the same drink. So don’t worry if you like it better with a little more of this or a little less of that.
