Mandarine Colada
1½ oz. light rum
1 oz. Mandarin Napoleon liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
2 orange slices
Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with orange slice.
Melon Colada
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. dark rum
½ oz. Midori (or any melon liqueur)
1 oz. cream of coconut
3 oz. pineapple juice
splash cream
Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
