1½ oz. light rum
1 oz. Mandarin Napoleon liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
2 orange slices

Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with orange slice.

Melon Colada
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. dark rum
½ oz. Midori (or any melon liqueur)
1 oz. cream of coconut
3 oz. pineapple juice
splash cream

Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice or spear.

Panda Bear
1 oz. amaretto
½ oz. white crème de cacao
½ oz. dark crème de cacao
5 oz. vanilla ice cream
¼ oz. chocolate syrup
2-3 dashes vanilla extract

Put ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.

Peach Alexander
½ peach (pared, pitted and chopped)
1½ oz. half and half
1 oz. peach schnapps
½ oz. white crème de cacao

Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.

Peach Velvet
1½ oz. peach brandy
½ oz. white crème de cacao
½ oz. heavy cream

Put ingredients into blender with 4 oz, ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.

Peachy Keen Freeze
1½ oz. amaretto
2 oz. heavy cream (or half and half)
1 tbsp. sugar
½ peach

Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.

Pensacola
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. guava nectar
½ oz. orange juice
½ oz. lemon juice

Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
