Brandy
Ice
1½ oz. brandy
½ oz. white creme de cacao
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Put all ingredients into blender with 2 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into large brandy snifter.
Garnish with shaved chocolate.
Caramel Nut
1 oz. white creme de cacao
1 oz. caramel liqueur
5 oz. vanilla ice cream
Combine all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into large glass.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Top with chopped nuts, if desired.
Chambord Daiquiri
¾ oz. Chambord
¾ oz. light rum
1 tsp. powdered sugar
½ oz. lime juice
few black raspberries (optional)
Combine 1 cup ice with all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into champagne glass.
Cheap Man’s Pina Colada
1½ oz. Malibu rum
3 oz. pineapple juice
dash milk
Combine ingredients in blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with pineapple spear.
Cherry Daiquiri
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. cherry brandy
½ oz. lime juice
2-3 dashes cherry liqueur
Put ingredients into blender with 4 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a lime slice.
Chocolate Black Russian
1½ oz. Kahlua
¾ oz. vodka
5 oz. chocolate ice cream
Put ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Cocoa Colada
1½ oz. Myer’s Rum
1 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut cream
(or you can just use pina colada mix instead of pineapple
juice and coconut cream)
Put ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange.
Coco-Toastie
1 oz. light rum
½ oz Malibu rum
3 oz. vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp whipping cream
Put ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with shredded coconut.

1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. Cointreau
1 oz. orange juice
½ oz lime juice
Put ingredients into blender with 4 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Dominican Coco

1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. amaretto
1 tsp. grenadine
½ oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut cream
several dashes milk
Put ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
