Anna’s Banana
1½ oz. vodka
1 oz. lime juice
½ small banana, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. honey
Fill blender with 4 oz. ice.
Add vodka, lime juice, banana slices and honey
Blend at medium speed until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled goblet or large wine glass.
Garnish with a lime slice.
Banana Boat
1½ oz. tequila
½ oz. banana liqueur
1 oz. lime juice
Put tequila, banana liqueur, lime juice and 2 oz. crushed
ice in blender.
Blend at medium speed until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Banana Daiquiri
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. lime juice
1 oz. banana liqueur
¼ banana,
1 tsp honey or sigar (optional)
½ oz. cream
Put ½ cup ice in blender.
Add all ingredients into blender.
Whip at low speed until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Banana Mama
1½ oz. light rum
½ oz. dark rum
1 oz. banana liqueur
1 oz. cream of coconut
1 oz. strawberries
2 oz. pineapple juice
Put all ingredients in blender with 3 oz. crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Banana Split
1½ oz. banana liqueur
¾ oz. white creme de cacao
¾ oz. creme de noyaux (an almond flavored liqueur made
from peach or apricot pits)
dash milk
several dashes cherry brandy
Put everything except the cherry brandy into a blender
with 3 oz. ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Top with cherry brandy.
Garnish with cherry.
Banana Tree
1 oz. banana liqueur
½ oz. white creme de cacao
½ oz. Galliano
½ banana
5 oz. vanilla ice cream
4 drops vanilla extract
Put all ingredients into blender (add ¼ cup ice to
make it thicker if desired.)
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a slice of banana.
Big Blue Sky
½ oz. light rum
½ oz. blue curacao
½ oz. cream of coconut
2 oz. pineapple juice
Put all ingredients into blender with 3 oz. crushed
ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Blizzard
3 oz. bourbon
1 oz. cranberry juice
3 tbs. sour mix
Put all ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend at low speed until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Blue Hawaiian
1 oz. light rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. blue curacao
1 oz. cream of coconut
Put all ingredients into blender with 3 oz. ice.
Blend at low speed until smooth.
Pour into glass.
