Bourbon Cocktails F-K

Fiji Fizz
½ oz. bourbon
1½ oz. dark rum
1 tsp. cherry brandy
3 dashes orange bitters
1 oz. cola

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add rum, bourbon, cherry brandy, orange bitters.
Shake.
Strain into a collins glass.
Add a few ice cubes.
Fill with cola.
Garnish with a lime slice.

Forester
1 oz. bourbon
¾ oz. cherry liqueur
1 tsp. lemon juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Ad bourbon, cherry liqueur and lemon juice.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a cherry.

Geisha
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. sake
2 tsp. sugar syrup
1½ tsp. lemon juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, sake, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Shake.
Strain into a sour glass.

Ground Zero
¾ oz. bourbon
¾ oz. vodka
¾ oz. peppermint schnapps
½ oz. Kahlua

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add peppermint schnapps, bourbon, vodka and Kahlua.
Shake.
Strain into a sour glass.
Add ice.

Huntress Cocktail
¾ oz. bourbon
¾ oz. cherry liwueur
1 tsp. triple sec
1 oz. cream

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, cherry liqueur, triple sec and cream.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Italian Stallion
1½ oz. bourbon
½ oz. sweet vermouth
½ oz. Campari
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, sweet vermouth, Campari and bitters.
Stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Kentucky Cocktail
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. pineapple juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon and pineapple juice.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Kentucky Cooler
1½ oz. bourbon
½ oz. rum
¼ oz. orange juice
¼ oz. lemon juice
splash grenadine

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, rum, orange juice, lemon juice and grenadine.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
