Bourbon Cocktails A-B

Allegheny
1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. dry vermouth
1½ tsp. blackberry brandy
1½ tsp. lemon juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, dry vermouth, blackberry brandy and lemon juice.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Admiral Cocktail
1 oz. bourbon.
1½ oz. dry vermouth
½ oz. lemon juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, dry vermouth and lemon juice.
Shake.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Americana
1 tsp. bourbon
dash orange bitters
½ tsp. superfine sugar
dry sparkiling wine
1 slice brandied peach (optional)

Combine bourbon, bitters and sugar in mixing glass.
Pour into chilled champagne glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
DO NOT STIR.
Garnish with 1 slice brandies peach.

Blue Denim
½ oz. bourbon
½ oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
dash blue curacao

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add dry vermouth, bourbon, bitters and blue curacao.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Bourbon Daisy
1½ oz. bourbon
½ oz. Southern Comfort
½ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. grenadine
1 oz. club soda

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, Southern Comfort, lemon juice and grenadine.
Shake.
Strain into a collins glass.
Add ice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a pineapple spear or a cherry.

Bourbon Old-Fashioned
1 tsp. sugar
2 dashes bitters
1 tsp. water
3 oz. bourbon

put sugar, bitters and water in a rocks glass.
Muddle to dissolve sugar.
Add 1-2 ice cubes.
Pour bourbon into glass.
Add more ice (if desired.)
Twist lemon peel for garnish or a cherry and orange slice.

Bourbon Sour
1½ oz. bourbon
3 oz. sour mix

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon and sour mix.
Shake.
Strain into a sour glass.
Add ice.
Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

Buffalo Sweat
1½ oz. bourbon
dash of tabasco sauce

Pour bourbon into a shot glass.
Add a dash of tabasco sauce.
